I appreciate the timely response, but they refused to open an account for me after I was completely honest with the compliance team. Talking about risk appetite, I have no doubt that my business is not related to any risk. Sometimes, being completely honest can have negative consequences. I feel like I was denied an equal opportunity, and I'm disappointed seeing the positive reviews earlier on, especially considering the outcome of my application. Again, my business poses no risk.
