I canceled my item minutes after purchase. Pier 1 refused to accept my request despite numerous emails. This company is simply unethical and adheres to unmistakable corporate greed. Stay away from these folks!

I placed and order for furniture on 10/18/22 and my CC was quickly charged on 10/19/22. To date - no update on delivery status. Bogus order # when I try the "tracking" methods. I have sent multiple email requests for update and randomly was sent an "in store Credit of $69.42. My order totaled $404.84. The Customer Service number is no longer in service. Emails randomly get answered or returned. If you go to their website today - the furniture that I ordered is there and states "in stock". just DO NOT order from this site...... I am going to try to recoop money through my CC company - but doubtful.

When I tried Calling The Store in Olathe, Kansas the Phone Was Disconnected? Pier 1 would not let me Cancel my ORDER, Nor Did They HAVE A Phone Customer Service Number? The Phone Customer Service Number has Been “DISCONNECTED”? Now the Customer Service Department is Telling Me To Send Back My Order and Pay Postage? I Don’t TRUST PIER 1, Nor Should You Trust A BANKRUPTCY IN COURT COMPANY; WHO HAS VOWED UNDER OATH “To Get As Much MONIES AS POSSIBLE BACK TO THE SHAREHOLDERS”? This Absolutely Sucks for The Consumer? Not to Mention like every other Company In America Customer Service Is Outsourced OVERSEAS, And they Can Barley SPEAK ENGLISH? Then They SAID Because It’s PHONE CHAT, We Will Take 72-Hours To Get Back With You? This Is A Vicious Circle? WHO Need’s This HEADACHE, When You Are Just TRYING TO CHRISTMAS SHOP? BUYER BEWARE? I recently ordered an item from Pier 1 Imports. They charge my credit card before I even received the item. I contracted my credit card company and explained that they were charging me for an item I had not received. I was advised by my credit card company to subtract the amount for the item from my credit card bill. They did not get paid. Luckily I noticed they were charging me for an item I never received. My advice would be not to order anything from Pier 1 Imports. They do not run an honest business. They are scam artists. Sue B.

I ordered a a bed frame for almost $1000. Was supposed to be shipped in 2-4 business days. A month later after multiple emails sent to “customer support” with no answers to wear my bed is, I am taking legal action.

The worst customer service and deplorable return policies. They sent a damaged item that took over 20 emails, and threats to report fraud for them to send a return label and the issue is still not resolved months later.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. ITS A COMPLETE SCAM!!!! I ordered a sign for my front porch and when I received it the item was damaged. I immediately called them and the guy (who couldn't speak good English) told me to email photos of the damaged sign in which I did. He said they would send another one. Never received it. I have reached out by email several times with no response. They have since taken down their 800 number and you can only reach them by email now in which there is never a response other than someone will get back to you within 48 to 72 hours.

I agree, do not order from pier1. Zero customer service.
