Can anything be done about this company and how much money they have stolen from people?!! I spent over $300 on nightstands back in 11/2021 and have called every single month about them. I keep getting the same customer representative Adam who says the same thing, "I will contact the warehouse team, I will escalate this for you, you will get an email in the next 1-2 weeks, etc" Today I called again and got angry and said listen- I'm obviously not getting these nightstands, I want my $ back. Same deal "oh we can't issue a refund only store credit. You should get store credit by email in the next 1-2 days, if you don't get an email call us Monday." This is a DIRTY business and in my opinion a scam. We need our money back!!!

Pier 1 is scamming people!!!! They charged my credit card for months before I realized what was going on. I signed up for a coupon and the signed me up for a 9.99 a month charge to be a member! A member of what I was just ordering a Christmas present. They have to scam people to get money these days!

If I could give a Zero I would, but that isn't an option. I warn any and all from ordering from Pier One...ever. I used to LOVE the candles and room spray from the Oceans line. After Pier One closed I was so upset I wouldn't be able to enjoy the Oceans scent. When I saw it online I was overjoyed...and I bought ALOT...only to be disappointed that they changed the formula and it no longer smelled as good. When I called for a return I was told that I COULD NOT get my money back! I spent almost $200 on candles and room sprays and THEY changed it...now I can't get my money back...zero customer service. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was denied. Without being able to make a return and get your money returned, and not being able to see the quality of the product I WILL NEVER purchase from Pier One EVER AGAIN...and I strongly urge anyone who asks the same thing...

I have ordered patio furniture three times . Every time a chair was delivered it was damaged and instead of giving me a refund . Also there inventory is so low I could never replace it with the same piece and now can’t even find something I want . Never order furniture from them

I was given a gift card for $25 sometime ago and have tried to redeem it numerous times! My FINAL try today, it was not recognized again!! Oh well.........

I bought outdoor rugs for a total of 375$ on November 24th 2021 I got 1 confirmation email that says my order is processing and nothing else. Today is my 4th call in on the matter; still hasn't been resolved. The customer service employees are sassy. They make you believe that they'll call you back... and what's for, I asked , why aren't you using emails like everybody else? I finally got an email today saying ill be refund in 14-21 days!!! And the employee answers" ah you happy now" in a sassy way! Lets see if my money is refund now!!! DO NOT BUY from their online store!! Thats my advise to you!

Don't buy online....they take you money for ever!!! I bought 3 Christmas candles on November 30, today is January 4 and I still waiting for my candles. I requested the money back and Pier 1 told me that they're going to take 21 more days for my refund.....money at the store don't have the same value as the money paid online immediately....no sense 😕

If I could give negative stars, I would! Just a warning, do not order from Pier 1 online….their customer service is lacking and they do not accept any responsibility for their poor order processing time. I ordered Christmas dishes at the very beginning of December- a full week before their “order by” date in order to receive before Christmas deadline. It hadn’t even been SHIPPED from them until Christmas Eve….I tried to cancel many times when it was showing “in process” still. After many attempts to get a status, they told me I was not able to cancel the order after it was placed. Here we are on 12/28/21 and I still haven’t received the dishes and they are telling me if I want to return, I have to pay shipping to return and will get any money back in credits to spend in their online store. Also, I paid a much higher price than I could buy them for now AFTER CHRISTMAS. Grrrrr….save yourself the trouble and AVOID shopping there. I used to love shopping at Pier 1, but their online store does not have the same customer service their physical stores used to. I’ve tried their “chat”, phone calls and emails to them and they just don’t care. Super sad! Should have looked up these online reviews BEFORE I shopped. Let me save you the trouble!
