Everything was great. Even though I purchased , I thought it was a bit expensive.

Thank you for the honest feedback, and for giving us a try anyway. Every puzzle is made to order just for you, which is where the price comes from, but we're always looking at how to do better. Really glad everything else went well!

Great gifts. My granddaughters loved them. They are more than puzzles. They are keepsakes because I used some of our favorite pictures. The girls loved seeing themselves in the puzzles. I had an issue with one of the 3 I’ve purchased and within a day it was taken care of. They have great customer service. I definitely recommend this company and these puzzles if you want to get a unique gift.

Thank you so much! So glad we could get that one sorted quickly, and even happier that the girls loved seeing themselves. Lovely to hear.

I am so excited to give these puzzles as gifts this Christmas! The creative ways that our family pictures were depicted as super heroes and the children in fantasy animal settings are so fun!

Well, I can’t praise this company enough. I just reached out to their support and received a response immediately. It turns out, I was wrong but their communication is stellar! I have already previously commented about how great my experience with this company has been.
