I made my purchase before seeing the reviews and got very nervous about receiving my product. I purchased the Personalized Photo Keychain made from Titanium steel. I made the purchase on June 1st and received it on June 16th. Being that it came from China, I was expecting it to take a lot longer-- but it thankfully didn't! The product isn't "exactly" as it shows, but overall it was good. The image on the key chain wasn't as clear as the advertisements show, and it can be hard to look at in certain lighting conditions/angles. However, I am still satisfied with the product. I still would have bought it even if I knew it would come out as it did, but I wish I knew before purchase. Given that I have seen the bad reviews I felt compelled to leave one myself since I am satisfied with the product and service.
