I like the tool in general
I like the tool in general, but it glitches A LOT! Nearly half the time I create a video, when it is downloaded, it will have random blank screen throughout the video. All you can do is start the project over again and hope that it downloads okay the next time. Sometimes I've had to do it 3-4 times, doing the exact same thing each time, for it to download correctly. I also paid for a subscription, then after 2 week it disapepared somehow and I had to subscribe and pay again, with no refund for the first charge. Updated: After 5-6 days and this review, customer service did eventually respond. Because they at least tried to explain and make it right, I edited from a 1 to a 3 star.
