Pictory is getting worse and worse
I have been using Pictory since the end of last year, have already created 23 videos and my YouTube channel already has 1200 active subscribers. Now, when creating the last video, I couldn't use the Premium German voice over Martin, which I used for all my videos. I got an error message. The support first told me that it would work for them and that I should delete my caches, which is definitely nonsense, because all the other voice overs had worked. After several emails from me, support told me that the voice over I was using was no longer available. What kind of logic is that? Instead of you improving your quality, this is a big step backwards and I'm left looking stupid!

Pushy marketing, no customer service.
Pushy website, constant marketing e-mails, no customer service contact details to be found anywhere... impossible to delete account.

Disappointing and Basic
Disappointing and Basic. I paid with paypal, and from the start I was nagged to save my card details. Also a few of the 5 star reviews below look more like adverts, rather than genuine user experience. Pros: Lots of content. Turns artilces into a video Cons: Basic interface. Only via Web. No app Very basic design, unlike other video editing software I've used. Support was slow, and like another review mentioned they changed what users paid for. They changed some of the voice overs to a subscription level above mine, which were avaliable when I originally subscribed and originally paid for. Yet when I left feedback, the reply was lacklustre.

I cannot move forward I want to remove…
I cannot move forward I want to remove my card information and start all over again because it's still telling me something is failing I can't find where to delete it I'm not getting any access to fix the problem and it makes me so frustrated I love the but so much disappointing experience I am having with it and I want to make my purchase I am actually on the app right now

A recent update removed the ability to autoplay previews when you press 'scene'.
A recent update removed the automatic playback of previews when you press 'scene'. Honestly, this update is very frustrating as a customer. It seems like this update was made for users who say that Pictory is slow. If that's the case, it would have been nice to have the ability to toggle autoplay previews on and off in the settings for users like me who want them to play automatically when we press 'scene'. Please either allow previews to play automatically as they did before the update, or add the ability to turn preview autoplay off or on in the settings. We strongly request that this feature be added.

Painfully slow
Painfully slow, to the point that is pretty much impossible to use. Until a few months ago it was fine, but since then it went DOWNHILL. Either they should improve processing capacity by a LOT or just get out of business.

It has good potential but aweful laggy interface.
It has good potential, but I find it incredibly frustrating. It's sluggish, slow and laggy. (I'm on a GB speed internet connection). I started off loving it as a novelty but its limitations appear once that novelty wears off, which does not take long! The editing section is too small and can't be resized. You can only have 2 templates or pay more. The voices are okay, certainly not up to current standards. The music is fine, lots of it. Changing slide order (script) is pot luck. Prone to random things such as the preview not working and other irritations. Good potential, butt he owners/developers are trading so hard on the very low-level AI that they've overlooked smooth usability.
