We sincerely apologize for the error on the back of the cards. We have received the issue you pointed out about "all cards having the same back and only showing one member's name." This occurred due to an oversight in the verification step of our production process, which failed to meet your request for customizing different backs for different members. This is entirely our responsibility to improve. Your feedback is extremely important to us. We have documented this case and are currently conducting an internal review of the corresponding production and quality control processes to prevent such errors from happening again. Although you kindly referred to it as a "slight mistake," it did affect your complete customization experience.
