I've used this company twice and have had good experiences both times. They have been on time when picking me up and have always been waiting for me when my flight arrives. I have not had to wait for several minutes for airport pickup unlike other companies. I intend on using this company again!

I was desperately looking for a ride service to the airport which could accommodate toddlers including the required child seats. Pick up ride was the only company who listened to our needs and keep in touch to ensure an excellent service. This company provides an affordable and reliable transportation service from and to the airports including many other destinations!

Very good service. On time on Both trip to and from LAX. Nice clean car, good price, drive safe and driver is very professional . We will use again in future and recommend to try this shuttle service to everyone.

Excellent service! On time. They even waited when our flight got delayed. I highly recommend.
