The same day of the new appointment someone called me on the phone and told me it was cancelled (?) and now I cannot get another appointment, even from the same bot. Looks and feels like a scam. Worst experience ever and I had paid 150 shekalim.

2/11/2022 to this day there is no date for the appointment, every day the waiting time is listed as 7 days, today it will even be 8 days. There is no meaning at all to the donation I made because every day my appointment is postponed!!! Very disappointing!!

Takes money for his service as a “donation” that you get services for :/

Hi Jody and thanks for your feedback Picktime providing various type of service when most of them are free an open for the public. This project started to help frustrated people to find an appointment instead of waist their time on the current appointment system. Running the bot cost money. Infrastructure, external systems, maintenance etc.. the donations are used to fund those costs and to allow the bot continue to operate and book more appointments for other peoples. I hope that the bot succeeded to book an appointment for you (:
