A Beautiful Wedding Album Beyond Our Expectations
We ordered our wedding album from PikPerfect and honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience from start to finish. Their attention to detail was outstanding, and the team were incredibly helpful, patient, and accommodating throughout the whole process. They made as many changes as we wanted until we were completely happy, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We chose the lay-flat photo album and were amazed by the quality when it arrived. We had considered upgrading to the premium lay-flat option and weren’t sure if the extra cost would be worth it, but once we received our album, we were so impressed that we didn’t feel we were missing out at all. The quality far exceeded our expectations. One of the best features for us was their photo selection service. We uploaded all of our wedding photos, and their team selected the images for the album layout. With so many photos, we genuinely didn’t know where to start, so this service was invaluable. We were then able to review the selections and easily add or remove photos until it felt perfect. Their design service was brilliant as well. We took quite a long time deciding exactly what we wanted, but the team remained incredibly patient and supportive throughout. We were also really impressed that they noticed an imperfection caused by the camera lens in one of the photos and contacted us to check before printing. That level of care and quality control really stood out. The finished album is absolutely beautiful and completely worth the money, such a special keepsake and a lovely way to remember our wedding day. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality wedding album and excellent customer service.
