My live account got access denied (alerts got rejected). I contacted the customer support, and Jahaan who asnwered me without stating the real issue. The real issue that he doesn’t know what he is talking about. Told me my issue was having an old alert on tradingview, but I only have 1 alert which has JSON generated messages from pick my trade pasted on tradingview. He kept dodging the bullet. Mentioned all kinds of issues without actual issue I’m having. He even stated I got access denied because my prop firm accounts got liquidated when I’m using a live account! After I told him I would post this on social media, he said “I don’t want to deal with this anymore”. What a scam looks like! I paid for subscription and even told people to sign up for this platform, and this is how I’m being treated by someone who doesn’t even know anything and refuse to acknowledge it! Please DONT USE THIS PLATFORM! Horrible! Made me missed my alerts and not earning money this morning while my alerts on tradingview were actively winning!

Hi, thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we're truly sorry it left you frustrated . that's never the experience we want for any of our users.
We'd like to clarify what happened on the technical side. The "access denied" / alert rejection you saw is an error returned by Tradovate, not by our platform. This message is generated on the broker's end and typically appears in one of two situations: when an incorrect account is being passed in the alert payload, or when the account being used has been exhausted or liquidated (which can happen with prop-firm accounts during a live session). When that occurs, Tradovate blocks the order before it reaches us, which is why the alert doesn't go through.
Our team was genuinely trying to help you get to the bottom of this, and we're sorry if any part of that conversation came across the wrong way. We take your feedback seriously and would welcome the chance to look at your specific setup, confirm the account being passed, and make sure your alerts fire correctly going forward.
Please reach back out to support whenever you're ready and we'll prioritize getting this sorted for you. We're committed to delivering the best possible experience and would genuinely like to turn this around.

DO NOT USE THIS SOFTWARE.
DO NOT USE THIS SOFTWARE.
It doenst work and fire when it is supposed to. I was putting bracket orders on multiple accounts (a feature that this is known for being great at) and all accounts lost way more than they are supposed to and gained nowhere near what they were set for.
TOTALLY INCONSISTENT and a waste of time and money, DON'T BOTHER!
Reply: The way your software was set up was EXACTLY how I was instructed by YOUR TEAM.
I set everything up and triple checked with your team to ensure it was correct. I was very clear on what how I need it set up and it was confirmed that it was set up correctly to my specific needs.
And if it was a configuration issue, why didn’t all of my Apex accounts behave the same on each account? All losses or wins should be the same???
It was inconsistent and one of the slave accounts didn’t even fire off….how is that possible?
Take some responsibility here instead of blaming your customers or slippage.

We take all feedback seriously, but it is important to distinguish between a software error and a user configuration error. After investigating the specific trade mentioned, we have confirmed that the application functioned exactly as intended. The issue resulted from an incorrect stop-loss input based on the instrument's specifications.
Technical Breakdown of the Trade:
The Input: The user set a stop-loss value of 200 points.
The Calculation: For the Nasdaq (NQ), the contract value is $20 per point.
The Result: Therefore, a 200-point stop-loss creates an actual risk of $4,000 per contract.
The Discrepancy: While the user expected the trade to close at a 200% threshold, the software correctly executed the specific "200-point" instruction provided.
Transparency & Interface Integrity:
Our interface is designed to provide clarity at every step to prevent these types of misunderstandings:
Explicit Labeling: When entering a stop-loss, the field is clearly labeled in points to ensure traders know the exact unit they are using.
Platform Visibility: once a trade is placed, the stop-loss is clearly visible on Tradovate. This allows for immediate verification and adjustment of the order parameters.
Our software executed the bracket order perfectly according to the instructions it received. We encourage all users to verify the point-to-dollar conversions for their chosen instruments to ensure their risk management settings align with their strategy.
We remain available to help any user better understand these technical specifications to ensure a successful trading experience.

I wanted to share my honest experience with Pick My Trade.
I wanted to share my honest experience with Pick My Trade.
I used their copier service to replicate trades from my master account to three follower prop firm accounts. Unfortunately, the copier failed to copy trades correctly for a significant period, which caused the follower accounts to become desynchronized and ultimately led to the breach of three $50,000 accounts.
MyFundedFutures completed an audit and confirmed that trades executed on the master account were not replicated to the follower accounts for nearly three hours, and that the issue originated from the copy trading connection rather than the prop firm execution engine.
In addition, copier logs showed repeated execution errors such as “Access is denied,” confirming that trades were not being executed properly.
Despite providing this evidence and waiting several weeks for a resolution, I was denied a refund and was told their policy does not cover prop firm account losses, even when a technical issue is acknowledged.
I understand that technical issues can happen with any service, and I was hoping for fair support and accountability. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
I am sharing this so other traders understand the risks and keep detailed records when using any copy trading software.
I always prefer fair and professional resolution first, but transparency is important.

⚠️ Serious Warning for Anyone Using…
⚠️ Serious Warning for Anyone Using PickMyTrade Copy Trading Platform
I’m a signal provider who used PickMyTrade to mirror trades to client accounts. Unfortunately, the platform caused a major technical failure, resulting in one of my clients losing $890 while their account was marked “Not Active” — meaning trades were not supposed to be executed.
Here’s what happened:
• I paused the client account days in advance while they were awaiting a deposit.
• During this time, I restarted the PickMyTrade application multiple times, including to manage other client accounts — which I assumed ensured all settings were applied correctly.
• Despite this, the client’s account still received high-volume trades from my master account — trades that were not suitable for their account size and should have never mirrored due to the paused status.
I raised the issue with support, who at first denied any fault, citing something on their site that said “ slave ID 0” & then their logs. When I pushed back and showed live proof of the trades filling on the client side and another account which I had access to , they changed their stance and admitted that the platform requires users to click “Stop” and “Start” manually again after setting an account to Not Active — a critical step that was never communicated in their onboarding, warnings, UI, or documentation.
I’m confident I had already restarted the application multiple times, so their logs either failed to track these restarts or were intentionally misleading (they were a number of gaps in the reporting). Their technical handling and support posture were unreliable at best — and potentially misleading.
My card issuer reviewed the evidence and approved my chargeback quickly, which reinforces that PickMyTrade did not deliver the service as promised.
They then offered me a 1-month credit — a gesture that falls far short of the nearly $900 I had to reimburse my client out of pocket. This, combined with their repeated attempts to shift blame, shows a lack of accountability and concern for platform reliability. When I stressed my concerns and gave them multiple opportunities to rectify this I was then simply ignored and account closed.
🔒 If you’re a professional trader or signal provider using PickMyTrade, I strongly urge you to reconsider. The risks to your clients and your reputation are too high — especially if you’re scaling or using prop firm structures.
I’ve now moved to TradeSyncer, which has been more transparent and stable in my early testing. PickMyTrade may have a clean UI, but what’s behind it could cost you.

We appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear about your experience. However, we’d like to clarify several important facts regarding the situation:
Account Status & Trade Execution
You mentioned that the client’s account was set to “Not Active,” yet trades still went through. As our support team explained, after making such changes, the platform requires a manual “Stop” and “Start” to refresh settings across all active sessions — a standard practice in most trade-copying platforms. This was not a bug but a difference in understanding, and over 1,000+ users have used the platform without facing this issue.
Continued Trading Despite Alleged Issue
Based on logs and your own communication, you continued placing trades even after seeing that the client account (which you claimed was inactive) had received an initial trade. If you truly believed the system was malfunctioning, the responsible course of action would have been to immediately stop trading and contact support — not to continue placing trades. The significant time gap between trades indicates there was ample opportunity to prevent further exposure.
Goodwill Offer and Accountability
You requested a $890 credit, which was not warranted as the platform executed trades based on the active settings at the time. Additionally, as a signal provider managing client funds, it's your responsibility to verify account configurations — especially when dealing with paused or high-risk accounts. Our team still offered a 1-month credit purely as a goodwill gesture.
Allegation of Log Manipulation and Threats
You claimed we manipulated logs — an unfounded accusation. Furthermore, you stated you would leave a negative review if we did not reimburse you. At this point, we chose to disengage respectfully. To clarify, we never closed your account — it remains active, contrary to your claim.
Action Taken on Your Feedback
Although this was not a platform error, we took your feedback seriously and have already updated our UI and onboarding flow to clarify the importance of re-syncing after configuration changes. This is how we believe responsible platforms should operate — by learning and improving continuously.
We stand by the reliability of PickMyTrade and our commitment to transparency and client safety
