When you want to deposit, they wont ask anything, but at the time of withdrawl, they want all the private documents like bank statements on your salary, licence with your face with your date of birth, like everything on your privacy. If they wanted, they could ask for all these when on deposits so that we can ignore making account if we had to provide all these private documents or they threthen to cancel your funds.

deposited $5,000 into my Picklebet account and placed a bet. Shortly afterwards, my account was disabled and I received a request for verification documents. I promptly provided all the information requested, however my account remains disabled and my verification has still not been reviewed. The most frustrating part is that the bet I placed has since won. My original $5,000 deposit plus approximately $4,400 in winnings are currently inaccessible while Picklebet continues to hold my funds. I understand bookmakers need to perform verification checks, but disabling an account immediately after a large deposit and then taking an unreasonable amount of time to review submitted documents is unacceptable. Customers should not have their money locked away indefinitely without clear communication or timely resolution. I am still waiting for my account to be reviewed and for access to my funds.
