Total scam company that I fell for.. thought I was ordering from COMFRT leisure site, after placing order, company comes up as Playlula.com, charge card reads from Costume Picern New York, NY

I ordered on Facebook thinking it was Modlily. Never received the items but was charged for the order. Scared what kind of dishonest people are out there.

I thought I was ordering a sweat outfit and when I look at my transaction history in my card it says "costume Picern" I never ordered from this website. I spent $30 on the "outfit" I thought I was getting. I came across this on TikTok and was really down bad for this outfit. it said I would receive my backpack within 2-3 days and its been nearly over a week. Very upsetting and I will never be purchasing anything through them again, every time I try to reach out I get no repsonse. I've tried reaching out several times through 2 different emails hoping one of them would get a response and, nothing... I would give it 0 stars if I could but I have to do at least 1 to do my review. save your money. don't waste your wallet on a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thought I was ordering from Faith Hope And Love website like I always do. When I checked my banking it came up these a--holes! My bank couldn't stop the transaction! So now I have to wait and see if I get stuff! Plus had to cancel my bank card!

Horrible horrible experience! I ordered and never got my shipment after waiting 6 weeks. I emailed to follow up and they stated the tracking showed it to be delivered. They offered to resend within 7-15days which I accepted. Again, waited 15 days and emailed them. They stated again it shows it to be delivered. I demanded a refund. They replied with they negotiated a refund with the 3rd party delivery company at 70% that will take 7-15 days to receive. I then replied with that’s not acceptable and they need to make it right with a full refund (about $44). Today I get a refund for $9.57. What the heck? I told them I expect a full refund and I am pressing charges so an investigation will be done. FYI the name of the business they used that I originally ordered from was “waylodge,” the refund was from “pioutfit picern.” shame on them!

TOTAL SCAM!!! I thought I was ordering from Sundance catalog. Once your credit card gets charged, there is no way to contact these people. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!

Definitely a scam! I thought I was ordering a variety of bags (make-up, beach, toiletry, backpack, etc.) from the ALOHA COLLECTION. The prices seemed too good to be true, but the site made it sound like the items were being discontinued and going out of stock. Unfortunately, it wasn’t legit. Be careful—don’t fall for it like I did!
