Reassuring approach designed particularly for anyone like myself who’s doorway to music was always blocked by an inability to read sheet music. (Since I was in remedial English at school due to my inability to read my own language, not reading music was perhaps not such a surprise). Jacques has a friendly approachable style, and encourages experimentation. His course and teaches you how to learn to play and practice with the songs of your choice, so you can choose music you enjoy, and use these songs to learn to play.

Jacque wants you to succeed. This thorough program does take a commitment of practice and effort but the tools to learn to play the piano is organized and a progression to get to the next step. On day 8 of the program and I am duly motivated. Thanks Jacques

i’ve been playing/ practicing along with this on- line course for about a month now, and so far I’m really happy with my progress. Videos/lessons are short and get to the point..... no boring instructions or difficult theory at all. I believe Jacques has really put together the BEST piano lessons for beginners. I have only just started on the 21 days course but I would say to anyone wanting to learn the piano for their enjoyment, fun and self-achievement, then please learn from Jacques Hopkins. He is awesome. His clear, straight forward teaching methods of the keyboard - without music sheets - is easy to follow & enjoyable to learn. But one must practise every day to benefit. Good Luck from Marilynn UK.

Trust yourself and sign up for this course. The daily lessons are superbly crafted, master them and move on. Day 7 was the biggie for me,playing my first tune. I have been practicing that one song for two weeks now and owning it. Time now for lesson 8. Going at my own pace and loving the 'feeling'.It really is a Dream unfolding to experience so much joy even as an absolute beginner;and with so much more to learn from the course and a lifetime of acces to the material its the best investment.

I am having a great time with the lessons. I am new to the piano and have found myself enjoying playing along with the song in the day 6 lesson. Experiencing challenges with synchronising my left hand, I have also been able to access via Jacques course - lessons with a collaborating music tutor who specialises in this area to help with this as well. Great course - thank you.
