the MIDI packs are really solid, it's clear they actually care about the customer

I was not in a position to use the packs after receiving some unexpected news. I asked for a refund within the 14 days. They offer a 14 day money back guarantee BUT it comes with MASSIVE caveats. You have to use the files and make several demos and supply them to Piano For Producers and then they decide if they will refund you or not. I have not even opened the packs. I explained that to them. I wrote 7 times to politely ask for help, the refund they promise etc. Their response was to keep reiterating the same thing. I have to make up to 3 demos etc etc. I am now taking them to the Small Claims Court. BEWARE BEWARE of dealing with this company.

Certainly not worth the money they suggest that the downloads are worth. I wouldn't mind if the downloads were actually what I paid for (they are far removed from the tracks tht are on the website) and the free extras were actually supplied (they weren't). Avoid this company, they will not respond to emails or contact through the website. Paypal issue open currently!
