I'm trying to cancel my subscription but that's not possible on the site. They products work, but I hate not being able to control the subscription and the customer service number does not work

The probiotics and enzymes bundle I ordered have been sitting in someone's car, waiting to be delivered, for 3 days now in triple digit heat. Physician's Choice dismissed my first email and concern about the heat, and now they have stopped responding to emails. Their subscription manager is blocked and doesn't show up, so I had to deep dive to figure out how to get to cancel the subscription I just had set up. Product wise, who knows, never received it, and at this point, if I did, I wouldn't use it. *They finally got back to me, and offered a refund without returning the bundle, so I added a star. They told me I could keep the product as a free gift, when my whole concern would be if they are still viable are not. So I will be disposing of them. Weird.

Waste of money The marketing and promises for the digestive enzymes is complete BS, so much so that I question the glowing reviews. I bought several in early November and used them for several weeks, increasing water intake and eating fruit like papaya is a much better solution.

It was advertised as tasteless and that’s not true. My coffee had a taste that wasn’t pleasant after the adage of the powder. Also, the container showed up with less product than advertised. Overall I’m just not please.

I haven't noticed or seen any difference at this point. I am taking the pills daily and the recommended dose.

Placed my order on 26th Nov and won’t receive it until 13th Jan.

Still waiting for my delivery to come after 20 days. I can't express an opinion about the product at the moment, but the shipping timing seems to take almost forever.

it took approximately ten days to fulfill my order while the website says 3-5 days. the order was split so i received two packages on separate dates. called the customer service line and the lady said we will get back with you and nothing. i can order the same products off of amazon and get it the next day. other than that, i do like their products.
