I suffer from many stomach issues, mostly due to chronic illness, that have caused me to take probiotics for years now. I have acid reflux, delayed emptying of the stomach, indigestion, and IBS. Through the years I've noticed probiotics help quite a bit, but about a week after I started Physicians Choice probiotics my symptoms are little to none. I'm honestly amazed! Now when I eat really spicy foods my stomach acts up a little bit, but nothing like before. It is wonderful to not have to go through all of the painful symptoms that I've struggled with for so long now. They would prevent me from going out to eat, going to BBQ's, or simply to a family members house because I would be embarrassed if my IBS started acting up, or my throat and stomach would burn from acid reflux, or indigestion. I am now comfortable on living life, and with having so much of it taken away with chronic illness, that is extremely important to me.

Unfortunately, I suffer from depression, anxiety, with a bit of OCD tendencies. This has helped. I really hate taking prescription meds. I much rather find a natural remendy. And with physicians choice I have been able to. I'm very happy with my purchase. This has helped where my prescription meds have fell short. Hopefully one day I can lower my dose or even get off my meds with physicans choices help.

I Suffer from anxiety and i have been on prescription medication for years and nothing work for me until i tried Physician's Choice Ashwagandha I notice my mood is better no stress and i have more energy. I have ordered Ashwagandha and it really helps with keeping me dealing with stressful days. I just feel normal and able to handle situations better. I received the product on time and I like the price as well. I would definitely recomment this company and the product.
