The convenience and flexibility of these online courses can’t be beat. Presenters, for the most part, were well versed in their subjects, articulate and comprehensive in their coverage of their topics.

Well pleased with this company's quick response and effort to right my previous complaints. Explained that test could be previewed for better exam precision and reset exam for future retake. Very refreshing to see a company that sincerely works to meet their clients needs in a timely manner. Thanks again!! Take online courses for convenience as I am a busy stay at home mom at this point in life. The course itself was very convenient and well presented. However, the test is only 5 questions long and requires that you score 80 or above to pass. You are only given two opportunities to take the test and then no longer allowed to use this as a qualified course. I wasted two hours of a very busy schedule and am going to have to pick other courses for them to count. Purchased a package deal which I greatly regret. Should have stuck with the provider I know and usually use.

Ease of obtaining credits; selection of topics. Would like to see more live webinars offered.

I love that when I can’t travel to CEUs, they come to me, on my time. Sometimes courses are good refreshers for things you may not deal with a lot, or are good for starting a new skill set with some basic knowledge and understanding. Very practical, useful, and love how you have handouts to go along to take notes, save for studying, and staying in track with lectures.

I appreciate the variety and of topics offered and the quality of the courses. I enjoy learning and keeping up with changes in the profession. The website is easy to use.
