Choose your courses wisely
I have used Physicaltherapy.com for 2 years. Their customer service is exemplary. I can be technologically challenged and they have been extremely helpful. When the physical therapy board required proof of my CEU's it was very easy to access. The quality of the courses varies by presenter which is to be expected. The orthopedic and Parkinson's courses have been excellent. There have been new courses and I have been able to keep up with current trends in treatments. I am in home health and liked the idea of getting the special certification being offered. The course I took on regulations and medicare updates was already outdated. In another class I had to endure one speaker "and um" ad nauseum throughout a 2 hour course in order to complete that curriculum. The home health certification classes did not make me any more knowledgeable in the home health arena.
