I feel they misrepresented everything they told me and went ahead and charged my credit card for invalid calls. Every time I spoke with a rep all of them gave me different info. and even though we spoke and they "explained" the policy I was still charged and now they don't want to give me a refund. I have filed a claim with my credit card company. this is how the operate, Our company appears with a different phone number and they record all those calls, so if someone calls and asked if we accept a particular insurance and if we don't accept it, that is according to them a chargeable call and they go ahead and charge you. Do not trust them!!
