Shit customer service, makes excuses as to why they don't ship stuff
I ordered a 3d printer from them 45 days ago with resin. The resin showed up two weeks after ordering.
The printer? I have been told that there is a delay due to a monsoon in Taiwan. Then I was told it's coming with no excuse. I contacted again a week ago. They apologized and said they would rush the order out and respond ASAP to me to give me a status update.
Nothing.
I will be back charging for the entire order even the stuff I received if I don't have the printer on my counter by the end of the month. This is insane.

DO NOT BUY! Shocking Quality & Useless Warranty Support — A Total Waste of Money
If you are considering buying a Phrozen 3D printer, stop and think twice. What is marketed as a high-precision, premium machine is, in reality, a cheaply manufactured liability backed by customer support that does everything possible to dodge basic warranty obligations.
Here is why you should stay far away from Phrozen:
1. Horrible Build Quality & Severe Hardware Failures
Within less than a year of normal use, my printer suffered a catastrophic hardware failure. The Z-axis mechanism completely locked up. The motor buzzes and grinds, but the lead screw refuses to move on its own unless forced manually. Even after disassembling the Z-axis nut block, cleaning, and reassembling the parts, the printer failed again on the very next print. These machines suffer from severe binding, weak motors, or failing drivers out of the box.
2. Unacceptable "Support" & Dodging Warranty Claims
Phrozen's warranty coverage is an absolute joke. When a fundamental component fails on a machine less than 12 months old, you expect a reputable company to honor their warranty with a replacement unit or real hardware support. Instead, you get canned troubleshooting steps, endless workarounds, and zero accountability. They will gladly leave you with a non-functioning paperweight while your warranty period expires.
3. Non-Existent Quality Control
This wasn't even the first issue I encountered with this unit. It is crystal clear that Phrozen has severe quality control issues on the factory floor. Components degrade rapidly, tolerances are poor, and basic mechanical assemblies fall apart under standard operating conditions.
Final Verdict:
Save your hard-earned money and buy from a company that actually stands behind its products. Phrozen charges premium prices for low-grade hardware and leaves you stranded when their equipment inevitably breaks down. I will never purchase another Phrozen product again, and I strongly advise anyone looking for a reliable 3D printer to look elsewhere

Poor Design, Not Worth It
I originally bought the Phrozen Arco as a Christmas 2024 gift, but after a 1.5-year delay (received January 2026), I ended up keeping it for myself. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing, mainly because of one major issue: the Chroma Kit.
The filament feeding system in the Chroma Kit is fundamentally unreliable. During multi-color prints, the printer frequently fails to feed filament correctly. The system either cannot grab the filament, retracts it incorrectly, or gets stuck mid-switch, which causes the printer to pause and throw errors.
This happens repeatedly during color changes. Instead of smooth switching, the printer often grinds the filament or fails to push it through properly, forcing manual intervention. I constantly have to unload and reload filament, trim deformed material, and restart prints. On longer prints with multiple color transitions, this turns the entire process into continuous troubleshooting.
What makes the situation worse is the absurd amount of material waste. The purge process is extremely inefficient and produces huge piles of discarded filament just to switch colors, yet it still does not reliably prevent color contamination. It feels excessive and outdated, like using multi-color technology from five years ago rather than a modern solution.
The overall design feels poorly tested and behind current industry standards. A system built specifically for automatic color switching should be reliable and efficient, but instead it creates extra failure points, wastes material, and requires constant manual intervention.
Reliability and usability should be the baseline at this price range, and the Arco does not deliver.

This company shouldnt call themself a company!
Over 18 months of delays on the arco which was started on kickstarter in april 2024 should have been released by july 2024. And now IF and thats an BIG IF we might get lucky to see it by the end of 2025..
Phrozen clearly has no single clue on how to run productions or even R&D.. this is just insane... and dont even think they will ever reply on your messages because customer service?? they dont know that word as they dont have it.

Only thing Phrozen is design and shipping dates
DO NOT buy any Phrozen products. The only thing Phrozen is the actual designs of the printers and the shipping dates. Take for instance the new ARCO. 😂😂😂 they have had one stubborn engineer on that project. It was suppose to be bigger and faster. Maybe a year and half ago 😂😂😂. Epic fail. And what they have created is garbage. Just go with Bambu or Kobra S1. Save your money. And with tariffs. Yup save your money.

Buyers beware
2 months of silence for them to tell me that they oversold and don't have my printer. They then tried to 'upgrade' my order to a cheaper printer presumably keeping the same price and give me a 10€ coupon valid for a few weeks. I lost about 50€ on money exchange getting a refund and the transfer came from US despite buying through their EU store. What a bunch of clowns.

Honestly I think they robbed me.
I placed a 700 dollar order with phrozen for a printer, wash station, and a curing station. They sent me a bottle of resin then proceeded to send me an email saying that they are going on a week of vacation for Chinese new year so they can’t help me for two weeks. What the actual hell is this company.
