Not only do I love the courses and presets, but my experience with the team behind the scenes has been excellent! OK the marketing can seem a little over the top at times, but that is the secret to running a successful business. You get what you pay for and if you are not happy with your purchase there is a money back guarantee. Personally I prefer to buy just the packages and presets that interest me, there is something for everyone!

Learning from Serge has been a real pleasure. His videos are intuitive & make absorbing the info almost effortless. I lost my business & job due to COVID-19 & Serge was nice enough to send me videos while trying to re-invent myself. Hi Serge Thank you for the collection of your presets and profiles. I'm very happy, maybe I'm expecting maybe some more presets because some of them didn't want to import them. I'm not sorry about this money, because I'm a big fan of photography. I will buy something else, maybe the Fine Art Academy collection, when I get stronger financially. I have bought several of the photoserge preset products. I only use them occasionally but when I do apply them they are an excellent tool. One of the things that I really appreciate is the outstanding technical support. While instructions for installation and use are very clear and easy to follow (I am not a technical person) there are times when I do have a question. I always receive a prompt and helpful response so kudos to the technical support. I also find Serge's teaching style to be very effective and easy to follow. I have done the bulk of my learning for LR from him and am now focusing on PS so thank you for the engaging tutorials on photo processing.
