PhotosergeReviews of photoserge.com

I watched Serge’s webinar yesterday. I was impressed with his presentation of his own journey, how he is trying to help as many photographers as he can, and the quality of his resources. He followed up with concerns I might have, and sent a great list of videos (including access clicks) for each. Many thanks!

Checked out one of his offerings, signed up for the newsletter. We were offered original files to follow along but they weren't available. After a few days, I started getting way too many emails trying to sell me something. This site is way too aggressive. I get people need to make money but this site has a stalking mentality. Asked to be removed from all emails. It wasn't done and continued to be harassed. I needed customer service to do it. Very unprofessional. Had to deal with 2 employees that didn't even talk to each other which made the process more frustrating and it took longer. Stay away from these guys!

As always very good support. I had an issue in my library and after contacting support they fix it in no time. Great job Patrik, Thanks.

Have been a fan and subscriber for several years. I went to log into my account only to see everything in my library was gone. After messaging them everything was restored with no questions asked! And by the next day!

I was having trouble with files they would send me. Literally it wouldnt open, but I asked for help and they've been super nice about it. Great, great service!

I was having issues finding something in my PhotoSerge courses section and Patrik gave friendly and rapid advice. Kudos!

Hi I it took me several emails to sort out my problem. It may be useful for your team to be able to check if a customer already has an account with Phitoserge and the correct email. However, your team member replied extremely quickly and sorted the problem ou

Photoserge customer support is fabulous, I have always had a great experience whilst dealing with Photoserge support in any matter always welling to help and assist.
