I signed up for a course but became ill and was not able to take course. I kept thinking I would be better, but after 8 months was still not able to participate. I sent request asking if they would consider a refund. Serge kindly approved partial refund with credit towards class in the future (I am determined to return to the point that I can participate). Thanks so much to Liesl, Patrik & Serge for your kind words of encouragement and consideration. It's so heartwarming to know that there are people out there who care and are kind.

Good teacher, involved and responds right away.

Serge Ramelli's courses are by far the best photo courses online, Serge explains in such a good way so it's very easy to understand. And the prices are cheap if you compare them with what you got.

There are a lot of terrific photography and image processing teachers on the Internet. Over the past 15 years I have learned a lot from many of them. I can honestly say that Serge's courses--especially his black and white course, his cityscape and landscape courses and his Photoshop courses are unbeatable. Fun, informative and super easy to learn from.

I like his tutorials but far too much marketing to upsell after an intitial purchase. It took me several times to unsubscribe, probably 5-6 times. Finally, the emails stopped. The content is GREAT, the pestering marketing emails are too much.

Patrik was very good and helped me with what I needed and quickly! Excellent support!

It is always great to listen to Serge's photography presentations, there is always something new to learn.
