Everyone was willing to put time and effort into correcting the issues I was having with my account. Patrik very quickly found the problem and got it corrected.

My question and problem were quickly understood and corrected immediately.

I checked-in on my course library on 4/16/2025 at Photoserge.com. For some reason almost all had been deleted or removed. I shot off a couple of emails to PhotoSerge support letting them know about the problem. I was extremely pleased that within a short period of time my courses had been restored to my library. Thank you, Patrik! I appreciate you exceeding my expectations on resolving this issue!

I had logged into my account after not accessing it for a while and realised some of my courses weren’t showing. I was eager to log in and then worried when I couldn’t access my courses. Patrick resolved my issue with about 10 minutes after I emailed him. I was delighted at how quickly this was done and he was extremely helpful, as always. I didn’t have to wait to get back to my course and could start again immediately. Thank you very much
