I ordered an item on Nov. 5th which I have never received. The last tracking update was Dec. 12th in an area of the country not that far from where I live. My assumption is the package is lost. I have asked for a refund or a replacement to no avail. Instead I get a "we're trying to contact the shipper..." I do not have any confidence or trust in this company and urge others to proceed with caution.

Do not buy the "very sticky tape" as it is rubbish. It is worse than the worst sellotape you can buy. Plus site said that is you bought two (wish I didn't) your would get three which didn't happen. Was very expensive and just a crap product. Aileen

Ho appena effettuato un ordine in questo sito, dove non vengono mostrati i costi nascosti (tasse + assicurazione). Ho chiuso l'ordine a 24.8 USD e me ne sono stati addebitati 30.74: ai 24.8 sono stati aggiunti 5.54USD di tasse e 0.4USD di assicurazione. Li avrei pagati comunque, ma non trovo corretto che non venga chiarito nel checkout
