j'avais déjà commandé et j'étais satisfaite, mais cette fois j'ai du attendre 1 mois la livraison de mon livre photos et encore avec maintes réclamations la 1ere livraison perdue n'est jamais arrivée ils ont du rééditer et renvoyer 1 second exemplaire Enfin reçu il n'est pas parfait quelques photos coupées je suis déçue c'était pour un cadeau que j'ai reçu trop tard

Betrug auf ganzer Linie!!!! Ich bin ungeheuerlich empört über dieses Unternehmen. Habe über Croupon einen Gutschein erworben für einen A4 Wandkalender, den ich sofort bezahlt habe, auf der Vorinformationsseite stand eine Versandkostenpauschale von 5,90€, der Kalender sollte nur 4,95€ kosten. Okay, so dachte ich mir, da könne ich nichts verkehrt machen....falsch gedacht. Ich konnte auf der Webseite dieses Photo Gifts Shops weder meinen Gutschein einlösen, den hat er nicht akzeptiert , statt dessen sollte ich nun einen Kalender mit einer Versandpauschale von Sage und Schreibe fast 10€ kaufen. Auf Beschwerden reagiert weder Croupon noch diese Firma. Ich habe zwar nur knapp 5€ verloren, aber man geht ja eigentlich zu Croupon, um Geld zu sparen und nicht zu verpulvern.???!!!! Also bitte, nicht bei dieser Firma etwas bestellen, dann können Sie gleich das Geld zum Fenster rauswerfen!

Sigo esperando un puzzle que encargué hace 4 semanas para Reyes. Lleva 18 días en tránsito. Y todavía me dicen que "Como un gesto de buena voluntad, me gustaría ofrecerle la posibilidad de cambiar de foto para el puzzle" Una auténtica estafa. Les pido la devolución del dinero y me escriben ésto

J'ai commandé un plaid avec photo. L'impression de la photo est mauvaise: il manque les dents de devant à un enfant. J'ai écrit 2 mails à l'entreprise afin qu'elle me réimprime correctement le plaid. Mais celle ci n'a même pas daigné me répondre.

Keep away!! If I could, I would not give any star at all. The website is absolutely intransparent and lead you to make mistakes on your order. There is no sense of customer satisfaction and the service teams just tell you that they cannot do anything about your problem, even if YOU (as a customer) give them an alternative of solving the problem.

Placed an order 3 months ago and still not received. Countless email exchanges, resulting in excuses and miscommunication. Just so angry and upset with this company-losing a very precious photo. Not to mention the price we paid. Just disgusting, please avoid as its a horrible feeling knowing a personal and precious photo has just gone missing and the company doesn't care.

Son una estafa. Pedí una impresión en lienzo y era un borrón negro. Les pedí otra impresión y la segunda fue peor aún. No tienen ni idea del producto que ofrecen y te marean respondiéndote a cosas que no has preguntado y te dan indicaciones imposibles de llevar a cabo. Cualquier sitio antes que este.

Very poor company they use wowcher codes and soon as you type in the code that you have payed for this company start charging you more money. The voucher says you pay a maximum of £6:99 delivery I got charged £7:99 twice plus they made me pay an extra £1 on two of my blankets such a poor company stay away from them cause surely if it say £13:99 for the voucher and delivery is a maximum of £6:99 then surely you pay £20:98 ... well you don’t add bits on here and there horrible company
