I don't know how these thieves got my details but I've been robbed £30 daily for a service I never used. I've reported to fraud yesterday but they've still taken £30 today! Absolutely disgusting scumbags

This review is written behalf of my wife who was scammed by this crowd last weekend. More or less everything that we would say about this company has been said below on other reviews. It's just a pity my wife didn't Google the company beforehand. They refuse to issue a refund for an amount they slyly got their grubby little hands on.

This organisation is a shower of thieving (Bleeps). You need a 0 star or even Negative star score for organisations like these total scumbags. Like others here I paid my 50p and authorised NO other payments. I didn't notice the second payment going out and they got three months out of me before I did. I contacted my debit card provider and they put me through to their Fraud dept. who have put a block on further payments and will try to recover the money, but I am not hopeful. Just hope this saves someone else from getting caught.

DO NOT USE! Doesn’t work and over charges. Paid the advertised fee of 50p for 24hr access to the service - which didn’t work anyway! Then they charged me the full monthly subscription even although that was listed as a separate option. Total Scam. When I saw the charges on my bank balance I tried to contact them to find out what happened. And to cancel and hopefully get my money back. I have tried multiple times to call. Each time I’ve been on hold for about 5 minutes then a recorded message states they are very busy and I’ll need to leave a message and they’ll call me back. The next message (each time) then says the mailbox is full so I can’t leave a message Would give 0 stars if that was an option!

Phonetracker promised to locate a phone for just 50p then took £29.95 out of my account the following day. Neither the website nor the terms and conditions make clear that this second charge will be levied.

This is a total scam. Takes advantage of people by saying it's 50p for a search, ut doesn't mention they will then charge you £29.95 with no warning. I dint subscribe or agree to any other charges than the 50p, and nowhere was it indicated that this charge would be made. Absolutely disgusting, total rip off. Stay clear of them. I tried to cancel this but there was no way of doing it on the site and no way of contacting anyone, as it just came up that I had no account. Having no account and not subscribed, I should not have been charged anything without my consent. Utter scumbags!!

My partner lost her mobile phone and was panicking. To try to help I googled "find lost phone". Amongst several offers of help was one from PhoneTracker.pro. It appeared to offer to trace a lost phone for 50p. Without checking their terms too closely, I authorised a payment of 50p on my credit card. They did not locate the phone, which actually was recovered a few hours later. I was shocked to find another payment of £29.95 to PIX*Phonetracker London GBR the next day which I had not specifically authorised. I have now closed my account with Phonetracker but will watching closely for any further unauthorised payments to them.
