Got Philo 8 months ago. Now I have problems with b uffering, especially popular live shows like OPlive. I tried working with them and got the following:1 restart fire stick 2 send pictures of problem and run speed test. 3 remove app and reinstall 3 clear cache and data on Philo app 4 restart router 5 restart modem……etc. my speed at the fire stick is 100mbps+. I have done everything they say. AT THIS POINT I’M SICK OF THEIR ‘SOLUTIONS’. I would recommend going elsewhere unless you love buffering and endless commercials.

Started off ok, now there are way too many commercials. On average you watching 10 commercials every 10 minutes, very frustrating. One more thing, can you PLEASE put your BLUE DOT ads on the back shelve already!! I mean, how many times do you need to show them on top of a 5 minute commercial binge.

I love all the shows but it slways take 10 to 11 commercials to get to yr shows way to many even regular TV never had that many

Pro Liberal, too many ads The channel lineup is pretty good for the subscription price but the ads, especially anti white, anti police, pro socialist, pro liberal, you get the jist, is disgusting. Why be "woke" like all of the other streaming services? I would pay a little more each month to be able to have an add free subscription if Philo is going to be another socialist streaming service. I haven't had the unfortunate, based on many reviews, experience of dealing with their customer service. I may soon though since I am strongly considering cancelling.

I was very happy with the choices of shows I had to choose from in the beginning, but it didn't take long to get fed up with the nonstop ads. I pay hard earned money to enjoy my service only to endure pro Democrat ads as well as many racist commercials every few minutes. In the span of just an hour, I have seen no less than 20 political ads. These offensive and racist commercials are so often that I'm regularly hitting mute as to not have to listen to the ramblings of ignorance. How about philo remember you serve many different customers and not just a select few. Get your act together!

Philo doesn't realize a tablet is not a phone. They forced default to portrait for the guide and forced landscape for the playing of shows. So if you have a tablet set up, you have to detach your tablet from your setup to change directions to actually read the guide. Unless you want a kink in your neck. Customer service does not care. I think the programmers are more concerned with what meets the programmer's needs instead of the customer needs.

Trash, constantly freezes up in the middle of a movie/show and repeatedly kicks me out of the app. Half of the movies listed aren’t available to watch right away. Only certain dates with ridiculous times like 4am. It froze on me 5 damn times writing this review.

Way too many ads. The streaming constantly has a buffering issues and I have cable modem. The trial price seemed iffy. It stated one price but changed. It has taken me almost 3 hours to stream a 1 1/2 hr movie. I stream Netflix, Amazon, and quite a few other services without ANY buffering issues. I’m probably going to cancel.
