I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS LET ALONE BAD…
I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS LET ALONE BAD ONES BUT....This place would not refund me after the audio wouldn't not meet up with the video (3 sec time delay drove us nuts couldn't even watch it.) We ended up using the discovery app- much better... These guys are a scam. Mark would not even look into this for me. No help at all... $27 bucks just to watch mismatched TV for an hour... ugh (SCAM ALERT)

Constant issues all day long!
My mom watches 1 channel all day long (it’s an elderly thing I guess), and the show or channel she’s watching constantly shuts off mid movie! This is not the usually, “Are you still watching” thing, nope this just stops the movie even with the app still running. We bought this to save money over other services, but they were more reliable than Philo and had more channels.

Philo SUCKS!!!!
I clicked on the Philo main page a few minutes ago and it said $20 a month. Once I tried to sign up it suddenly changed to $25 a month. I called customer service and they wouldn't help me at all. What lousy customer service. Today is the 8th and it never said what time you had to sign up by.
