Do not sign up for philo! It's garbage they do not do any refunds and customer service they suck at doing there job entirely. There supervisor a 18 year old kid that doesn't know what they're doing.

This is the absolute worst app! We downloaded it to watch on patrol and it made us also download and pay for reelz now and then still was unable to watch it. I tried to call the help line and never got an answer. Good luck to y’all

way too many issues with this app. not only is there a ridiculous amount of ads. but there are limited channels. its not user friendly and customer support is non existent. i couldn't get a free trial because my roommate used it and when I reached out to customer support they said it was only one free trial per household. So If you live with other people good luck. I paid just to be disappointed. Just go straight to YouTube tv or even paramount. PHILO IS A NO

It gives me anxiety, the way it pauses forever, and leaving me to uninstall the app. Press play and pause. Def not purchasing. Thank God for trials.

Couldn't log in. Contacted support. They have no way to lookup your account without your userid. If ;you forget it, well you're out of luck. By looking up my credit card info though, they WERE able to cancel my account. Long story short-it's easier to cancel your account with PHILO than it is to recover your credentials. Caveat: Support tried to get me to sign up for a new account when I already had one. Unbelievable!

Charged my card even when I cancelled free trial and signed up for a lesser membership. I signed up right after I cancelled my free trial. COMPLETE SCAM. Customer service did not even bother keeping me as a customer, they didn’t bother to find a solution. Any other provider would have been smart enough to know I could be a life long customer, but Philo doesn’t care about loosing customers. Don’t waste your time, stick to bigger providers because they are honest.

Worst service ever waste of time poor extremely poor customer service. No refunds even is a child accidentally active not understanding at all very dissatisfied and disappointed do not waste time on philo YouTube tv waaaaaaay better !

I have had issues with Philo, shutting off in the middle of a movie or show, going back to home page, buffering constantly...you name it! I have emailed Philo numerous times about these issues and not once have I ever heard back from them. You would think that all the reviews I've read, almost all of them are bad reviews, that Philo would do something about all the issues everyone is having! I feel like canceling this too, most of the time, and I will end up doing so when I get something else like Sling TV. There's also ads galore, which I would understand if this was a free app, but it's not! One more thing about the ads, they play some of these ads in Spanish!! This is America!! We speak English here!!! Play ads in English and let the people who don't speak English use their subtitles!!!!
