This is the problem with companies like Philo TV, they give sub-standard service and expect to get paid, especially their customer service. It is time to stop companies like Philo TV, say no to Philo TV

Had the service. Used once canceled the service that same month. They did not charge me the following month and then starting charging me again for 2 months before I caught it. Then customer service said I logged in last month. But clearly when you cancel the account, you can’t log in without reactivating.

Constantly freezing and then it goes either to the philo home page or the roku home page I'm getting close to canceling and i had the service near 8 years now

Paid $25/month for the worst streaming ever. Freezes constantly, always with any show…

They advertise as a streaming service, but you have to wait sometimes a week before you can watch another episode. That's not streaming, that's just regular TV.

I canceled my free trial but was still charged for 2 months. The live so called customer service keeps disconnecting and the chats disappear.

$25 a month for more commercials than content. Constant technical issues. Perhaps the worst streaming service in existence.

Keeps cutting out and freezing up. I guess you get what you pay for.
