I requested to have my payment date moved to have a better fit for my budget, I've had to call every single month due to incompetent customer service representatives who don't listen to simple requests.

Literally THE MOST EXPENSIVE tv app. Philo provides low quality content and extremely dated app functionality. Would never recommend.

Philo is the ONLY streaming service I use that constantly and consistently freezes, and the only fixes are to repeatedly turn the tv on and off or uninstalling then reinstalling the service from my setup. I got Philo because it has the networks/programs I typically watch, but the service sucks!
