I called on behalf of one of the estates to sort out the claim that needed to be paid. I was sent to Martha Vasquez, and she was the absolutely worst. Did not know how to do her job and despite me being very clear of what I was calling for she was confused. On top of not being able to do her job she was completely unprofessional and rude.
