I inquired about a piece via the website's "still have questions tab" . George answered all my questions and sent additional pictures. I decided to order the piece and received the watch the following business day. There was a bottle of wine that came with the package which was an unexpected surprise. The watch was in excellent condition however the watch was not for me. George, without question, sent a return shipping label and promptly sent a refund check when he received the returned watch. I'm sad it didn't work out this time but I definitely will be looking to Phigora for future purchases. Customer service is outstanding.
