I purchased a preowned Cartier from Phigora. The watch arrived very quickly and was as described in the ad. There was a minor problem with the shipment (not the watch) and Phigora moved to resolve the issue immediately.Problems can happen. It's how the vendor responds to them that is the important matter, and they were positive and immediate in their response and rapid resolution. . I would recommend this company and would gladly buy from them again.
