PhenomsFF.comReviews of phenomsff.com

However, the information can be a bit overwhelming and takes awhile to be able to keep track of where everything is, especially if you're used to other sites. If I were designing a fantasy sports site, I'd try to make it as intuitive as possible and maybe start with the lineup page of a simple and popular one like CBS and then add all the detail that this one has, in logical menus above or along side the lineups - but always coming back to the lineup page. The info on this site is tremendous, no site that I have seen can compare with the detail on this one!

Hi, I tried this site due to the "deep" league option, but I don't really like the interface you use. The other site I use is elitefantasyfootballleague.com (I'm in 5 leagues for about $800), and its way easier to use and less complicated as well. Not sure if I will use this site next time. I'm leaning toward not.

The interface inside leagues feels like it hasn't been updated since the early 2000s. Not intuitive or dynamic at all.

Might be back!

I think u got a good idea for the site u just need to make it a little easier to move around thanks

I really like Phenoms. I like the ability to play against more serious players than your average espn or yahoo league. The commish is great. It's all good with one exception. Myfantasyleague.com, which he uses to host the leagues, is terrible. They have an awful app that they charge you for. Their regular non mobile interface is almost as useless. Try looking up a free agent or looking for guys who are available by their average points per game. I mean really, it's hard to enjoy the league because the interface is so outdated. So, there you have it. I would likely do several leagues next year if it isn't on my fantasy league or if my fantasy league gets an actual programmer.

I love that I was able to create a league, with the criteria I wanted. I love all the stats. There are a few issues: 1) Week 5 waiver wire ran 2 hours before the submission deadline, meaning some teams probably didn't have their waiver requests in. 2) Score keeping is slower than on ESPN or RTS. It is usually 1-2 minutes slower before scores are updated. 3) The chat page is separate from the scoreboard page. Also on the chat screen the last entry is on the top and the entry line is on the bottom, meaning you have to scroll each time someone posts a comment and then scroll back to the bottom to type. I will probably be back next season because Phenoms has some settings that other FFL hosting sites don't and I like that. Thanks, Curtis

Overall I've enjoyed playing fantasy football on Phenoms, but I find the league home page incredibly frustrating to navigate. It needs to be simplified, there's too many links. I find that doing simple things like viewing the latest transactions, checking live scoring results, or just checking out another team's roster requires a lot of clicking, and trial and error just to finally get to where I want to go. It just needs to be cleaned up a bit - maybe even have some redundancies taken away. For example, if I click on the link "Roster" to look at my team it would be great if I could change my lineup from that page without having to click on a completely separate link.
