PhenomsFF.comReviews of phenomsff.com

Phenoms has great league offerings from PPR head to head to victory points all the way to draft and go! The only downfall is the myfantasyleague.com site is lacking in simplicity. It's as if mfl is trying to cram so much in that the basic needed info can be a pain in the ass to locate. On top of that, there's a one time charge to use the mobil app after the 2nd week. If Yahoo did PPR Pro leagues these guys would be in serious trouble. Again, Phenoms yeahhhh, MFL booooo!

Benches are too deep. Players basically have two teams and the free agent list is garbage. Players draft/claim guys they don't need just so others can't use. Why? Because they can. Nine on the bench is double the need. Blind bidding on waivers is nonsense. Waiver over, first come first serve. Done. Weekly lineup setup options is good. Points system is good. Accessing all categories/fields, player bio, team options etc. is disorganized, old formatted, sloppy... Website needs to be simplified, cleaned up, organized. Almost good. Needs work, good potential.

Trading is unlike I have ever been a part of in fantasy football! A voting process for league members should be a part of the process and not one biased commissioner decided what's fair or unfair.

The waiver system was not clear and definitely not intuitive. Lost out on so many players early in the year because of the different tiers needed for each round of waivers. Still don't understand it to this day, and no real way to check out how the waivers went.

This is perhaps a matter of opinion but the 12 team leagues should have 6 playoff teams. This allows more teams to participate. Often, you get the other guys best shot and though your record might not reflect this your total points do. The top 4 records are often not the 4 best teams.

Overall, the types and quantity of leagues is excellent. When problem arise and questions are asked of the commish, issues do not get resolved in short order and the commish does not do a good job overall of communicating with league members.

I am curious as to why your playoff seedlings don't rank wins and losses as the number one tie breaker, which mirrors most leagues in the real world it cost me in two of the league's I was in...

First year trying out your site. I like how competitive it is, but I found the site to be very clunky. I have leagues using sportsline.com, espn.com, and yahoo.com and all 3 have much cleaner, sharper, more robust, and easier to use interface, including great mobile option. I could not even get the mobile app to adjust my line-up for your site. I would much rather have the league run on espn.com, even if it meant less functionality.
