Letitia was very knowledgeable in helping me plan my daughter’s 18th birthday. She understood what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. From start to finish she was accessible. She even ensured that the hotel surprised my daughter with door birthday decorations and birthday cake.

Royalton White Sands felt like family. They were attentive to every need we had. Letitia set up a birthday trip my mom will never forget. My birthday celebration was delayed but not denied. I hadn't traveled abroad in over a decade. I expressed what I wanted/liked and Letitia brought my vision to life in Cabo. My daughter and I only needed to show up. Phenomenal Moments Travel planned an AMAZING Panama trip to celebrate my boyfriend’s graduation! Everything was planned out from transportation to and from the airport, excursion suggestion, a “Welcome Home” banner on the door, ocean front dinner and more! I would definitely use them again!
