Great quality and packaging. When you actually receive your order, that is. They offered $500 in store credit for positive reviews on here. Then, somehow, my package got lost. They refuse to accept responsibility even though tracking shows it clearly never left China, and was returned to sender in China with the Chinese delivery guy's local phone number on the tracking. Package was sent by a Chinese courier service which has extremely detailed tracking. I've tried to explain the situation, both in English and Chinese. They aren't going to honor the $500 code, and kept my money to boot. Hopefully the market recovers soon because these guys haven't been able to maintain their shipping schedule after paying (kind of) for reviews, and their customer service is actually atrocious. I'm not out that much money but this has been my worst gear buying experience with any vendor.
