Customer service is non existent. 3 open support tickets, multiple emails, absolutely no response , no status updates on site.

Have used Pharma when they were a .com .co .net Good result but expect 21-45 day delivery. The 45 day delivery was due to there labeling address was UK when I live in US and they have shipped to my US address previously. Orders have been short, but they fixed that. Now order is 45 days late and I get a Letter from US Customs that order has been seized. No reply from PharmaOffshore. Their emails and website reply bounce back.

Great company. Orders are always complete and shipping is prompt. No waiting a month for delivery.
