“Processing”, no response to at least 3 emails.
I ordered a week ago and on my profile page it says “processing “, I have emailed them 3 or 4 times now asking what is taking so long to process with absolutely no response. Horrible customer service. Order number 37981 LL

Your order id 37981 payment couldn't proceed as our Merchant Terminal Account Terminated & no payment deducted from your account you can check with your bank or card company so we request you please complete your order by paying us with our another payment options that we have send you email. BEWARE
BEWARE, this place took my money! Sent me an email a month later saying that they credited my act, no credit! Instead I had over 2k$ of charges to something named sphone traffic f. Which links to this company. I am currently fighting to get my money back, because it's a Britain account it's a little more difficult. DON'T DO IT!

Dear sir our Processor has already Refunded your order amount while ago please check the attached refund snapshot receipt that we have send you on your email address that shows the transaction id or else you can confirm with your bank or card company the amount has already credited back in your account please ask them about the statement for August Month. You can see that there is a refund along with the transaction id. If there is still a problem you can send us the August month statement we will verify and re check. For other charges we had not proceeded or aware or related to phone traffic we request you please talk with your card company or bank.

no product coming, no customer service at all. Try to avoid this place!
I ordered some Tadacip two weeks ago on their website. Didn't see anything coming and the status online is always in process. I contacted the emails list in the order confirmation email and their website. No one answer my emails. This place has no contact phone number to call. I will definitely not order anything again from this place! BE CAREFUL! Too many online cheating places these days. This place is tricky.

Dear Sir your order id 32901 payment is pending and your card was not charged for your order amount because it couldn't proceed as our Merchant Terminal Account Terminated so we request you please if your are still interested in your purchase you can re-submit and complete your order now as we have arranged new terminal now.

Terrible
Terrible. Ordered from them 2 weeks ago, still have gotten no email confirmation or tracking number, nothing. Emailed them twice with ZERO response.

I emailed them 3 times about a question…
I emailed them 3 times about a question about an order I had made and could not get any response. They would not tell me if they had it, if they had shipped it or anything..I did not see a charge on my account so just purchased from someone else and had great service! I read your response below, and may be true, but you never answered my emails! I can't just start guessing what you want.
