Update....just received shipping notice so I updated my rating from 1 to 4. I paid for it….WHERE IS IT??? Communication is terrible regarding shipment and product is not here.

I was alittle bit worried that this site was a scam based on the way they ask for payment. Would be nice to be able to on website as you order. The person I communicated with was very polite. My package was wrapped very well and everything arrived great! So overall great experience just not typical payment process.

Did not receive a tracking number until I emailed them. It took about a month to get the product, but that was the carrier. Got all of product ordered. Overall it was pretty good.

Good service, patient replying. We haven't take the medicine yet, so don't know the quality, hope they can work. It took nearly a month for delivery, that's too long time which I am not satisfied with, and tracking information updated very slowly that made me crazy.

excellent customer service. They were on top of tracking my order after they mailed it and were able to notice a problem with the package being delayed/tied up on their end. They informed me and remailed the order, which I received soon after. Just an FYI, given some of the distances involved, it may take longer than they, or you, initial expect.

Product is great, took a long time for delivery otherwise 5 stars
