Contacted this pharmacy on a Sunday morning with concerns over a 111 emergency prescription. Spoke with Sally and I could not be more complimentary with the service I received. She was courteous, highly professional and swift in her response to my worries, spoke with the pharmacist immediately and then put in place a plan of action which helped me enormously. If I could award her more than a 5 star rating I would. Thank you Sally for all your help. It was so appreciated. Kind regards. Annette.

I visited the Rugby Asda pharmacy today and received excellent treatment. I had a wasp sting which has casued my hand and fingers to become red, hot and swollen. I have a history of this happening and the pharmacist gave me antibiotics after a consultation. I did not have to wait long and I am very grateful to him for his help. Thank you.

I called in to Asda Pharmacy as I needed some advice about a personal problem. The member of staff was extremely helpful and proscribed me a medication the really worked. She was extremely sensitive about dealing with my problem.

The asda pharmacy is usually absolute dogshit due to the high waiting time based on the very slow computer system they use and the fact that they are understaffed. I would not recommend Asda as a pharmacy, because the Asda brand has become horrible lately. However, this 5 star review is specifically for Janet. She encountered an elderly abusive customer who held up the queue for everyone else. She took charge by explaining that he needed to call his GP, then ignored his tantrum and served everyone else in a timely manner. It is this kind of behaviour that prevents me from changing pharmacies.

There’s nothing wrong with this pharmacy. The pharmacist was lovely and helped me with my check up that the doctors no longer give. Give them some credit.

I visited the Asda Pharmacy at Rochdale yesterday and asked to speak to the pharmacist in charge, which happened to be a locum pharmacist called Shaheera Imran. I was dealt with promptly and taken to a side room for privacy purposes (so the people in the long queue behind me didn’t have to listen). Shaheera asked questions in a friendly but very professional manner. She provided me with a diagnosis and treatment and then went on to highlight what further symptoms I should look out for which could indicate further treatment being required. I left the pharmacy with my mind put at rest and no need to spend half an hour on the phone at 8am the following morning to get an appointment at my doctors. In a time when GP services are stretched and it’s difficult to get an appointment, the importance of considering whether to consult with a pharmacist first should not be underestimated. Asda Pharmacy, Rochdale and in particular Shaheera Imran provided a fantastic service. Thank you.
