I placed an order on 16th August and have still not received it. I have waited patiently and I still don’t have an answer. Also their must be a problem with their IT as I can’t even message them now! Totally unsatisfactory service.

Absolute joke of a pharmacy. Absolute joke staff. Order, pay, don't receive goods. Fulwood Asda Store Customer Representative - Mr Drago the rude.

Went to pharmacy and there was no other person in front of me, checked medication was in stock, came back and said yes in stock be ready in 40 minutes !! Staff were just standing in the back chatting

When ordering medication they advise orders take 2-3 days, then you get an email saying its taking up to 8 days. Finally you get an email to say delivery will be within a 5 day window and you must stay in for this entire period because if you miss it then the item is returned to the pharmacy and you lose your £185!! Their phones are ni longer manned and so all communication is via email which takes several days to respond to. I have since swapped to Ashcroft pharmacy, who process and deliver within 24 hours, quoting a 2 hour window when you need to be available. They answer the phones and care about the customers. I have been discussing the Asda experience with friends and work colleagues and we all have had the same appalling experience of them!

Collecting Prescriptions. Several times I have gone to ASDA in Holles Street in Grimsby. It is either they haven't received the prescription from the GP, or not in stock. When it does arrive later (nearly a week on their system), it takes at least 2 hours before the medication is ready to pick up. This is getting beyond the joke and needs a review on the digital system and their way of organisation of making up the packages of meds for collection. There also needs a deputy chief pharmacist there, that can review the meds collected and signed off to get through the amount of scripts quicker. Though moving to someone else to get my meds in the future and collecting my script and hand over. The digital system is a joke in addition to this debacle.

Have been to the Asda pharmacy at Trafford park manchester today. What a terrible experience. I spoke to a very arrogant asian woman she really things she is important or something so extremely arrogant she refused to sell me canesten over the counter cream saying not suitable for my symptoms! I spoke to the GP before and he told me i should buy it i had itching when i told her that she said it's up to me it's my decision. Will never go there again now i understand why all these negative reviews everywhere

My doctor said my prescription was ready to collect after 3pm on Monday (Asda handsworth), so I went to collect it after 3pm. No staff at the counter, hiding in the back. When I asked for my prescription (Mounjaro) she said they ran out over the weekend, I was annoyed but understood as there’s a national shortage. Got a call today (Wednesday morning) saying that the mounjaro is now in stock and I can collect my prescription. When I got there the staff said it was out of stock and they don’t have it. Made them look in the back as I had already paid for it and got the call in the morning. Was given the prescription with the sticker showing it was ready on 16th August. So when I went to go collect it on Monday it was already there in my name sat in the back but they told me no. Frustrating as they would have sent me away again had I not made them look again. I would expect the staff to know where to look if a prescription is ready. Annoyed I had to go twice to be told the same thing.

Asda Pharmacy has been extremely unreliable and unprofessional with my Mounjaro 5mg order. I was told I could collect it from Wembley on 18th August after 3pm, but after travelling 45 minutes each way, the medication wasn’t there and I had no update whatsoever. Now they say it will come by courier, yet I’ve been given no tracking number, no courier details, and none of my messages are answered. This is not a trustworthy service – the communication is non-existent, and customers are left completely in the dark. I regret switching to Asda and strongly advise others to avoid making the same mistake.
