Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We truly appreciate your feedback and are a bit surprised to see a 3-star rating, as throughout all of our conversations you expressed that you were happy with the process, communication, and support we provided. At no point did you mention any concerns or complaints. All of our XL American Bully puppies are fully health tested and come with a health guarantee, and we always stand behind our dogs and our customers. If there is anything specific that influenced your rating or anything we could have done better, we would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to understand and address it. Please feel free to reach out to us directly—we are always here to support you and ensure your satisfaction
