Dear Pfister Customer Support,
Dear Pfister Customer Support, I purchased a Pfister Skylark Kitchen Pull-Down Faucet for $248.54 on October 18, 2025. After installation, the faucet started having problems almost immediately. The buttons frequently became stuck and did not operate smoothly. Despite normal household use, the faucet continued to deteriorate and completely stopped working after only four months. Because this is the main faucet in my kitchen, I could not wait for a lengthy warranty process. I had no choice but to purchase a completely different brand and pay for another plumbing installation. The replacement, including the plumber, cost me approximately $500. I first attempted to return the defective faucet to Home Depot, but they declined because their return policy is limited to 90 days. I then contacted Pfister customer support and was very disappointed with the experience. I was asked numerous questions that I felt were unrelated to resolving my issue, and the only solution offered was to send replacement parts. Unfortunately, that is not an acceptable solution. I have already replaced the faucet because I could not leave my kitchen unusable. Even if you send replacement parts, I have no knowledge of how to install them and would have to hire a plumber again, costing another $200 or more. I am requesting a full refund or a gift card for the purchase price of the faucet. Given the product's premature failure and the additional expenses I incurred because of its poor reliability, I believe this is a fair resolution. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the Pfister Skylark faucet. A kitchen faucet should last for years, not fail after only four months of normal use. I look forward to your prompt response and a fair resolution. Sincerely, Azim Mortuza
