Mother’s Day Ordered food on Thursday for 1 pm pick up on Mother’s Day. Called my daughter at 2:30 to see if she was okay because she had not returned. She told me she was STILL WAITING FOR THE FOOD TO COME OUT ALONG WITH ABOUT 30 OTHER PEOPLE! I called the restaurant numerous times and got no answer. Finally at 4:00 she was on her way home. Mind you, I had guests over and had not prepared anything to hold them over. When she got home we were missing the rice, lettuce for the chicken lettuce wraps and the Brussels sprouts at which point she said she was going back. After ANOTHER HOUR she got home and said she was told they ran out of Brussel sprouts and they would make her something else but it would take another HOUR! They never said the order did not have Brussel sprouts before she left. Needless too say she did not wait. By then the food was cold and tasteless. This is the WORST service I have ever received from a restaurant. But then I remembered! This was the same PF Chang’s that couldn’t seat us and others one afternoon because they said there was no wait staff, they had to wait until someone came in! NEVER AGAIN!!!

We went to PF Chang’s on Mother’s Day due to I have always wanted to try the food. I know that during this time we are in things are not perfect. We waited patiently for 3 hours without a peep from out mouths. Our order was for pickup at 5:30 PM we received our food at 8:15 PM. No biggie there we have a 25 minute drive home when we went to eat our food it was ice cold. There is no way in that length of time that if the food was cooked when they said that it would be this cold. I went ahead and ate the dinner but afterwards felt so sick to my stomach. The food we received had to of sat there for a long time before handed to us to eat. This is the only time and last time I will choose to eat PF Chang’s.

Yesterday we ordered food at 1 pm for delivery at 5:30 pm. At 8 pm still no food. Finally at 8:20 pm the food arrived. The delivery driver (Kayla) was very good with keeping us updated on our order. Understanding that it was Mother’s Day, the restaurant should of planned for this customer increase and hired more personnel. Very poor business especially at the current times. The restaurant will not receive my business in the future. Unacceptable.

I ordered online on May 8 for Mothers Day May 10 for 5:30-three different men from Door Dash went three times- each time the line was about two hour wait. I never received my food and at 9:19 I received text from PFChang that my order was cancelled.It was the worst experience with a restaurant that I have ever had.i will never order again from PF Chang. I also called PFChang no exaggeration about 50 times with no one picking up or line was busy. This completely ruined my Mothers Day.

P.F. CHANG'S - NORTH MIAMI 17455 Biscayne Blvd., Miami Beach, FL 33160 Biscayne Blvd and Greynolds Park (305) 957-1966 Wanted to pre order on the website around 9AM - website would not allow that. I then retried at 11AM - Web site would still not allow pre-order. Called at 11AM to pre-order for 3PM. Called numerous times, no one would pick up. Eventually employee picked up and said I couldn’t pre-order and to call back at 1:30PM. At around 2:00, I must have called 20X (no exaggeration) with employees picking up and then hanging up phone. I tried the website again and was able to place my order at 3PM. I called back to ask for sauce to be added and another 10X before someone FINALLY answered. He said it was crazy there and to expect a 2 hour delay. I said I’d like to talk to the manager and the employee said the manager could not come to the phone. At 6PM, I got a message that DoorDash was at the restaurant. At 6:15 the DoorDash driver texted me requesting that I cancel my order as he was told it would be a 2 hour wait, he said DoorDash would reimburse the 75+ dollars. I tried calling the restaurant to verify, and the phone was ringing for 30 minutes at least. I then got another call come in and it was the restaurant, they confirmed another 45 - 90 more minutes. I cancelled the order, the other line was never answered. P.F. Chang’s should be ashamed of their performance.

Ordered online for Mother’s Day at 11 am to be picked up at 545 They didn’t have order and than tell us it won’t be ready until 7. No dinner now

I downloaded the app and placed an order online thinking this was a good idea for busy Mother’s Day. This was a huge mistake. Apparently, they are disorganized. People could go in and order food and get their food but the online order thing is not working. I’ve been waiting for hour and half past pickup time and still haven’t got my food.

First and last time purchase. It was greasy, over salted, gelatinous blob of mystery meat which was a nuclear red color. Everything about this food was wrong. Please save your money.
