PF Chang’s Disappoints Again!
We have been frequenting PF Chang’s since the late nineties. We loved the experience at the Irvine Spectrum with the great food and exceptional service. But those days are long gone. Whether visiting in Denver, Si Cal, or Las Vegas where we now reside, we cannot experience a meal at PF Chang’s without multiple food and/or service issues. Such a disappointment. Management needs to take a hard look as your restaurants are becoming a low-end chain charges high-end prices. I used to grade you as an A. Now each disappointing visit earns a C- to a D. We are looking to replace you with a restaurant that has consistent food, courteous service, and responsible management.
